Description: Multi-groove applicator is designed to apply uniform paints, binders and similar products on flat substrates.Biuged combines the versatility of a multi-notch applicator with the precision of a fixed groove applicator in one instrument.Can be applied to water – based, acid and alkaline products.

Main technical parameters:

■ Advanced stainless steel wear-resistant material

■ Effective coating width:

BGD 206 universal four-sided preparator → 80mm (total length of the coating device is 100mm)

BGD 205 lengthened four-sided preparation device → 160mm (total length of coating device 190mm)

■ Can also be customized according to customer requirements (special requirements of gap depth and film width, the longest film width up to 230mm)
