What needs to be done before using a synchronous thermal analyzer

Synchronous thermal analyzer controller, software advantages:

1, the use of imported ARM processor, sampling speed, processing speed is faster.

2. Four-channel sampling AD collects DSC signal, TG signal and temperature T signal.

3, the power supply and water circulation parts are separately controlled by 8bit single-chip microcomputer, so that the host and the cooling part are separated and do not interfere with each other, but the two are closely connected, and the cooling part accepts the control of the host.

4, USB two-way communication between the software and the instrument, * to achieve remote operation, you can set the parameters of the instrument and the operation of the instrument through the computer software.

5, 7 inch full color 24bit touch screen, better human-machine interface. Calibration of TG can be achieved on the touch screen

What needs to be done before using a synchronous thermal analyzer

Synchronous thermal analyzer operation before starting:

1. Connection: Check whether the pipes and instruments of the synchronous thermal analyzer are correctly connected, and whether the experimental cylinders (nitrogen, air and carbon monoxide) have enough pressure.

2. Protection gas: Open the nitrogen cylinder and adjust the pressure of the decompression gauge to 0.2Mp.

3. Air tightness: Check whether the air tightness of the pipeline is good, and apply the foam to the connection to see if there is gas leakage.

4. Water circulation cooler: Turn on the power supply on the backplane of the water circulation cooler

5. Computer: Turn on the computer and log in to windows.

6. Instrument host: Turn on the instrument power from the left rear panel of the host of the synchronous thermal analyzer.

7. Open the software: Double-click the Pyris Manager icon on the desktop. The software bar will appear at the top of the screen. Click STA6000 to enter the software.

8. Supplies: Prepare the dry pan, tweezers and samples for the experiment.
