Kullanım:

Bu makine, kaplanmış numunelerin korozyon direncini kontrol etmek için standart bir test yöntemine sahiptir.. Tuz püskürtme testi, koruyucu bir yüzey olarak kullanımdaki uygunluğunu tahmin etmek için kaplanmış numunelerde aşındırıcı bir etki oluşturan hızlandırılmış bir korozyon testidir.. Korozyon ürünlerinin görünümü (oksitler) bir süre sonra değerlendirilir. Test süresi, kaplamanın korozyon direncine bağlıdır; kaplama korozyona ne kadar dayanıklıysa, korozyon belirtileri göstermeden testte daha uzun süre. Tuz püskürtme testinde farklı kaplamaların farklı davranışları vardır ve sonuç olarak, test süresi bir kaplama türünden diğerine farklılık gösterecektir.
