The system adopts digital preset test vacuum degree and vacuum holding time to ensure the accuracy of test data.

The system is controlled by microcomputer, and can be operated automatically.

The equipment is equipped with liquid crystal display screen and a micro printer. It supports presetting data and memory power failure to ensure the accuracy of test data.

Adopting worldwide well-known SMC imported pneumatic components, the performance is durable, stable and reliable.

USB interface is reserved in the system, which can print and output test data to meet different customer demands.

Test Principle

The seal tester adopts the principle of negative pressure test.

  1. Vacuum the vacuum chamber to make the sample immersed in water produce internal and external pressure difference, observe the gas leakage in the sample, and determine the sealing performance of the sample
  2. By vacuuming the vacuum chamber, the pressure difference inside and outside of the sample was generated, and the shape recovery of the sample after expansion and release of the vacuum was observed to determine the sealing performance of the sample.

The instrument conforms to the standard:

GB/T 15171-1994 test method for sealing performance of flexible packaging parts;

ASTM d3078-02 flexible packaging bubble method leak test method
