Scope of application:

Structural features:

1.The control panel adopts microcomputer intelligent PID control with timing and overtemperature alarm function;

The door is made of steel and explosion-proof double glass doors, making it easy to observe the training of the objects in the studio.

2.The inner gallbladder is stainless steel and the semicircle is easy to clean.

3.The door of the machine can be adjusted freely by the customer, the whole forming silicon rubber door sealing ring ensures the high vacuum degree of the box.

4.The inner gallbladder is designed with a streamlined circular arc, the shell is made of cold rolled steel and the surface electrostatic spraying.

5.The thermal transfer technology of laminated plates is closely connected with the heating parts to effectively solve the problem of the heat transfer in the vacuum state and make the samples get the most effective heat transfer.

6.The new type 4 surface (left, right, lower, back) heating technology can accelerate the heating rate by 25% and provide excellent temperature uniformity;

7.The unique adjustable inlet needle valve can give precise control to air volume and gas flow.

Every real empty box must pass 24 hours air leakage test.
