1. Sampling cutting device
A band saw or knife can be used, or a mold can be used to prepare the sample, but must be cut out smooth, straight and perpendicular to the surface of the cardboard edge.
2, guide block
Two smooth polished rectangular metal blocks, the size of the section is 10mm*10mm, length 100mm.The guide block is used to support the specimen and make the specimen vertical.
3, the sample to take and treatment
3.1 Sample shall be taken according to GB450.
3.2 The sample shall be treated with temperature and humidity according to the provisions of GB10739.
4, sample preparation
The rectangular sample with short corrugated direction is destroyed, and its size is (25±0.5)mmX(100±0.5)mm.There should be no indentation, printing mark or damage on the sample.A minimum of 10 samples shall be cut unless mutually agreed.
5. Test steps
Trim samples and tests shall be carried out under atmospheric conditions specified in Article 3.2.
The sample is placed in the middle of the pressing plate, so that the short side of the sample is perpendicular to the two pressing plates, and then the guide is used to support the sample, so that the end face is perpendicular to the two pressing plates, the two guide blocks are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the surface of the sample.Start the tester and apply pressure.When the pressure is close to 50N, the guide block is removed until the sample collapses.Record the maximum pressure the sample can bear,** up to 1N. Test the remaining sample as described above.
