Instrument Appearance Description
1, instrument composition: by a coated metal casting, driving motor, test plate supporting frame clamp, instrument control panel.
2, the balance is installed on the test plate clamp, stylus or scratch stylus is fixed on the balance arm under a small bearing frame.

Scratch/Return Switch: Operate the movement of the test bench to perform a SCRATCH test. Set the instrument in the RETURN state before evaluating the SCRATCH test
Test procedure of scratch tester.
The surface of the measured workpiece and the test needle need to be wiped clean (the test needle should be cleaned before each test)
(2) Place the workpiece on the test platform, align the calibration line and clamp it.
③ Weight (usually from light to heavy)
④ Start measuring
⑤ After the instrument stops, it will start and switch to AUTO position
⑥ Loosen the workpiece

If the workpiece has not been scratched, the weight is repeated ①~⑦ steps
Notes for use:
1. The use of scratch tester shall be approved by the equipment maintainer before it can be used.make
Use of equipment must be presented with the application form, after the completion of use
The instrument maintainer reports and registers the operation of the equipment.
2. Do not adjust or disassemble sensors and other electronic devices at will, or you will be responsible for the damage of the equipment.
3. Registration is required to use the scratcher.
4. The equipment maintainer shall explain the rules and precautions to the user in advance.
5. The first user needs to explain, and the equipment maintainer is responsible for guiding the equipment operation methods and matters needing attention.
6. After use, the equipment and worktable should be cleaned and returned to the original place.And inform the equipment maintenance personnel to check.If you work overtime in the evening, you will be notified the next day. If you work overtime in the weekend, you will be notified the next Monday.
Scratch instrument maintenance
The scratch tester should be maintained regularly
1. Before maintaining the instrument, ensure that the instrument is in the state of shutdown and the power supply is in the state of power failure
2. The coating of the experimental plate crossed by the stylus appears in the following situations: debris, irregular scratching, etc., so the stylus has been damaged by friction, and should be replaced in time
3, use a piece of soft cloth to clean the instrument, can not use a corrosive chemical reagent to clean
Remark, voltage indicator for conductive parts, non-conductive parts and need to observe and judge.
