Automatic film coating machine standard operation
1. Connect the power supply.
2, the substrate to be coated (such as: black and white paper) flat on the coating base, open the vacuum pump switch to the “adsorption” position, at this time, the coating substrate is adsorbed on the coating base.(Note: when the size of the substrate to be coated is less than the vacuum size, use other paper or transparent tape to cover the excess vacuum holes, so as not to be coated substrate adsorption is not strong, resulting in coating failure).
3. Place the transverse push rod on the fixed rod on both sides of the coating base.
4. Select the appropriate length of coating and press the “Reset” button to make the transverse push rod reach the initial position of coating.
5. Place the wet film preparation device in front of the transverse push rod.
6, choose the appropriate coating speed.
7, directly in front of the wet film preparation machine placed appropriate amount of paint to be coated.
8. Press the “Start” button to begin coating.
9. After the coating stops, scrape the remaining paint into the waste collection plate.
10. Turn off the vacuum pump and remove the manufactured sample for next operation.
Precautions for automatic coating machine:
1. During the operation of the equipment, the knob of the coating length can not be adjusted randomly, otherwise it will cause the slider to not act when the machine is started again. Once this happens, the slider can be pushed to the rear and then the machine is started, and the fault can be eliminated.
2. Check the oil level of the oil cup regularly. If the oil level is not enough, lubricating oil should be added in time to lubricate the guide rail.
3. After each use of the equipment, the waste collection plate should be cleaned in time.
4, coating base should be kept clean, there can be no debris stuck to it, so as not to affect the flatness of the coating base, so as to affect the next coating;If the coating accidentally drops on the coating base, it should be cleaned in time.
