4.1 This practice does not necessarily directly simulate natural weathering exposure.
4.2 The results of this practice shall not be represented as equivalent to the results of any natural weathering test until the satisfactory relevance of the relevant material has been established.
4.3 Results may vary when operating conditions vary within the acceptable range of the instruments specified in Practice G151 and G152.

1.1 This practice describes an environment in which pressure-sensitive tape is exposed to an accelerated weathering environment in a laboratory.
1.2 This specification describes sample preparation and exposure to accelerated weathering in the laboratory. It does not specify the length of exposure or what kind of testing should be done on the material after exposure.

1.3 Values expressed in SI units or inch-pound units shall be regarded as standard values respectively.
