Principio

The instrument adopts the principle of differential pressure method. The pre-treated sample is placed between the upper and lower test chambers and clamped. Primero, the low-pressure chamber (lower chamber) is vacuumed, and then the whole system is vacuumed. When the specified vacuum degree is reached, the lower chamber of the test is closed, the high pressure chamber (upper chamber) is filled with a certain pressure of the test gas, and ensure that a constant pressure difference (ajustable) is formed on both sides of the sample; De este modo, the gas will permeate from the high pressure side to the low pressure side under the action of the pressure difference gradient. Through the monitoring and processing of the pressure inside the low pressure side, various barrier parameters of the tested sample can be obtained.
