LS-119 Rubber Mooney Viscometer

Charakter:

Mooney Viscometer is used for measuring viscosity and relaxation of base rubber, raw rubber stock or rubber mass prevulcanization properties, it is also used for measuring viscosity in Mooney value for compounded or uncompounded unvulcanized natural, synthetic or regenerated rubber.

This instrument has excellent performances including automatic calibration, higher stability. It can perform the following tests: viskozita, scorch and stress relaxation.

Funkce:

  1. Easy to use the instrument.

KJ-A016 have automatic door and all of the electric components are CE corresponding.

  1. Temperature can be increased up to 185 within 7.5min, and recovery time when beginning, and recovery time when beginning test will be less 2min. And temperature fluctuation will be within 0.1.
  2. All instruments adopted the way of PID to control temperature. The smallest size and weight in all of the same type instrument in the market;
  3. The die was designed to international standard ISO.
  4. With lower noise when working, ≤55dB.
  5. It is following ISO 289 ,ASTM D 1646, JIS K 6300 .

8.Use window XP program connect to machine & and can setting Mooney or scorch time and show Dynamically Mooney value or scorch time on the graph.
